Halloween pennant

Celithemis eponina

The Halloween pennant is a dragonfly with orange-yellow wings and dark brown bands, just like Halloween colours. It loves to sit on the very tip of a tall grass or twig. There it sways in the wind like a little flag, which is what a pennant is.
