The rabbit hutch spider is a small brown spider with a round, shiny belly. It likes to live near people, in sheds, basements and, yes, rabbit hutches. That is how it got its name.

Fun fact: spiders are not insects. Insects have six legs, spiders have eight. Everyone calls them bugs anyway!
