The greenbottle blue tarantula is one of the most colourful spiders in the world. It has shiny metallic blue legs and a blue-green front. It lives in the desert and wraps its home in lots of silk.

Fun fact: spiders are not insects. Insects have six legs, spiders have eight. Everyone calls them bugs anyway!
